Happy Birthday

Twenty nine years ago my folks' lives changed - I was born. My mom says I was a little late, but that's according to the doctor. Dad may agree. My birthday almost always falls on opening week of gun season. Unfortunately, my dad was in the deer woods when my mom went into labor. Little did my dad know when he went hunting he would bring home a baby boy. We were in southwest Arkansas. My folks were in a small church. Together they, with the help of family and friends, raised their bouncy boy. I am grateful to my parents for their sacrifices and passion to raise a strong family.
